What payment methods are accepted?

We accept three payment methods:

• Payment by cheque, bank transfer, BACS

When will the goods be delivered?

The goods are normally despatched the same day if the order is placed ​​before 12h

Transport

All merchandise is sent directly from our distribution center in Germany: delivery within 2-3 days

Return of goods

For problems requiring the return of the goods, please contact us to arrange the steps to follow

Is it possible to have samples?

Yes. Samples are available of all items

Are samples charged?

All samples are invoiced at unit price + carriage cost

Is it possible to have a proof sample of a personalised product?

Yes. To be defined with our sales team
